Routine Work Orders

All work orders should be submitted by calling 618-942-4026.  Routine work orders may include items from no hot water, water leaks, slow/clogged sewer, missing or loose knobs, torn screens and shades.

Emergency Work Orders

After hours and weekend emergency only work orders, are accepted at 618-942-4026. 



Emergency and/or urgent work orders include.

      • Loss of Power
      • Broken Water Pipes
      • Inability to lock or unlock door
      • Toilet not working (only if there is only 1 toilet in apartment)
      • Smell of natural gas/broken gas line
      • No heat

    (only if outside temperature drops below 50 degrees)

    • Refrigerator not working
    • No hot water


    If you are in need of emergency personnel (fire, ambulance, police) call 911 first, then notify the on-call emergency technician.
